Made in Canada. THREE-PIECE SET INCLUDES; Lipstick, 0.1 oz.; Prep + Prime, 0.05 oz.; Strobe Cream, 1 oz. HOW TO USE ITPREP + PRIME LIP: Apply a thin coating over entire lip area and over lip edges. Follow with lip color. Line lips if desired. SATIN LIPSTICK: Apply to lips directly from the lipstick bullet or use a lip brush for more precision. STROBE CREAM: Apply with fingertips or a small contour brush. For more intensity, add on top of foundation. For a subtler glow, apply under foundation. Mix with a liquid or cream foundation for a natural glow.
