Pojer e Sandri’s story begins with the vision of two close friends who turned a canyon-like valley in Trentino, dubbed by the locals as challenging for fertility, into a revered wine producer. Honouring traditional techniques, the label pours exceptional fruit, time and care into its vinegars, and for this bottle, it uses Williams pears fermented in wood barres for up to two years to develop a potent, fragrant aroma.
