Pojere E Sandri White Wine Vinegar

Since the ‘70s, Pojer e Sandri has completely turned around the wine production of its home in the Cembra Valley of Trentino. Distilling the same varieties of grapes grown on its farm in Faedo, the label achieves a bright, bold flavour, relaying the strong minerality of the local soils in this white wine vinegar. Toss in salad dressings to enrich them with its delicate acidic kick.
