WHAT IT IS An Intensely pigmented, full-coverage brow mascara. Free of phthalates, parabens. 0.20 oz. Imported. WHAT IT DOES Adheres evenly to skin and hair then sets quickly and stays in place for instantly dramatic brows. For softer definition, remove excess onto the edge of the tube and apply using a lighter hand. HOW TO USE ITUsing short, upward motions, brush the precision applicator along the brow starting at the inner point and moving outward. To fill in areas of sparseness, use a gentle pressing motion while shaping and sculpting the brow. For the most natural results, always brush in the direction of hair growth.
