This truffle pasta, handmade strozzapreti, is made in San Ginesio by the local pasta makers at Terra Nostra who were one of the first suppliers TruffleHunter worked with. It's made with local durum wheat and water from a natural spring in the Sibillini Mountains where TruffleHunter was founded. This truffle pasta should be cooked in lightly salted boiling water for six minutes. Drain and toss with some sauteed mushrooms and/or shaved fresh truffles. Add a light drizzle of trufflehunter black or white truffle oil and finish with finely grated parmigiano.
