Azzedine Alaïa followed the natural curves of the female form when designing, which is why there's still plenty of corset-inspired waist belts in his namesake brand's collections today. Made in Italy from gold leather, this one has scalloped edges and is decorated with the house's signature laser-cut pattern. It's backed with suede, which won't pull your dresses and tops underneath.
