WHAT IT ISAnastasia Beverly Hills Brow Primer is a colorless wax pencil that holds brow hair in place and creates the perfect base for a seamless Brow Powder Duo application as it adheres color to skin. 0.3 oz. Made in Germany. HOW TO USE ITApply one swipe of Brow Primer across the entire brow, extending from the front to the tail end. Using the spoolie end of Brush 7B, comb the product through the brow to evenly coat the hairs.
