Originally inspired by the GEL-KAYANO 14, the GEL-1130 was first launched in 2008 as a tribute to the ninth iteration of the GEL-1000 series. Wide 'Dark Brown' mesh envelopes the upper with synthetic suede panelling, including an abstract heel panel, which drapes down to intersect the familiar ASICS caging in 'Midnight' on the sidewall.
