Boodles’ A Family Journey collection is inspired by Nicholas Wainwright’s European Grand Tour, influenced by his father’s 1962 round-the-world adventure to discover fine diamonds and gemstones. The Barcelona ring conjures the brightly coloured tiles of Park Güell and Gaudi’s salamander, with a three-carat pink sapphire surrounded by orange, green, yellow and purple gemstones and patched together with rows of white diamonds for a mosaic-like effect.
