Boohoo Women'S Cape Overlay Ruched Front Top In Black | Size: 16

The ruching runs the full length of the front - gathered from the neckline all the way down to the scalloped hem - creating a rippled, draped effect that draws the eye vertically. Chiffon fabric that is sheer and airy with a weightless drape, sitting lightly against the body with a soft, cool handfeel that skims rather than clings. The cape overlay falls from the shoulders in wide, open panels - semi-sheer and free-moving - giving the silhouette a dramatic sweep without adding bulk. A viscose lining beneath the shell keeps the fit comfortable and smooth, so the outer layer can do its thing without pulling or shifting. The rounded, scalloped hemline at the front adds a finishing detail that sets this apart from a standard gathered top - it sits just at the hip and works tucked or untucked. A night out calls for something that moves with you, and the cape panels on this top do exactly that - catching the air as you walk into a bar or onto a dancefloor. The gathered front gives it structure without stiffness, so it holds its shape whether you're standing at the bar or on your feet all night. The model wears it with wide-leg jeans and hoop earrings, which is genuinely the easiest way to dress it down for drinks with friends without losing any of its impact. For a night out proper, swap the jeans for a sleek mini skirt and heeled boots - the scalloped hem lands at just the right point to make that work. The semi-sheer cape sleeves mean you don't need to layer it, so keep the rest of the look minimal and let the ruching and drape take over. | boohoo Women's Cape Overlay Ruched Front Top in Black | Size: 16
