Vinedo Chadwick 2015 - Maipo Valley, Chile

Viñedo Chadwick has established itself as the flagship Chilean red wine of the Viñedo Chadwick group, with the single vineyard release winning awards since its first vintage. The Cabernet Sauvignon-predominant vines that characterise the wine were planted in 1992 on what was once Don Alfonso Chadwick's polo field and once ripe, the grapes are carefully selected, processed and aged in oak for 22 months to create blends like this 2015 edition.
