This waterproof formula lasts up to 14 hours. HOW TO USE ITTo use, getting as close to the lash line as possible, start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid. Draw a thin line across the eyelid outwards until it is two-thirds towards the outer corner, then lift and extend the line outwards and upwards to create the illusion of an almond-shaped eye. Work quickly to perfect and correct any mistakes; this brilliant formula will set after 30 seconds and stay in place until it is taken off. Keep the eyeliner pencil sharp, as a blunt instrument draws a blunt, lackluster line.
