To produce this Clos du Temple Rosé, Gérard Bertrand picks its grapes by hand and presses small bunches at low temperatures before ageing in new French oak barrels. This preserves the freshness, flavour and aromas of the wine, which has ample notes of blackcurrant and pineapple.
