THE CREATION In 2017, Herm s invented a new perfuming technique with the Hermessence essence de parfum. The Musc Pallida Cr me de Parfum pursues its quest for sensory appeal explored by Herm s perfumer Christine Nagel, drawing inspiration from ancestral rituals: After oils, which are extremely tactile, I wanted to give fragrances a different sensory appeal. THE TEXTURE The Musc Pallida Cr me de Parfum is a body cream with an enveloping texture. It melts into the skin like a fragranced caress. The skin is left moisturized, nourished and softened. OLFACTORY SIGNATURE The Cr me expresses the warm, carnal alchemy between musks and powdery iris. THE FORMULATION Composed of 91% ingredients like sweet almond, macadamia and argan oils, as well as shea butter and aloe vera extract, giving it a feeling of nourishing, moisturizing and soothing of your skin. THE OBJECT The Musc Pallida Cr me de Parfum is encapsulated in a frosted glass jar. THE RITUAL The Cr me de parfum can be worn alone or along with the Musc Pallida Essence de Parfum or any other Herm s fragrance to intensify and personalize the sillage. Christine Nagel, creative director of Herm s Parfums, creates a new ritual. Inspired by unguent, perfume s earliest form of expression, essence offers a concentration pushed to the extreme, and a second skin texture. The Essence de Parfum can be worn alone or under an Hermessence, to intensify its sillage and personalise its signature.
