Kartik Research is an India-based label focused on preserving and reworking traditional craft through contemporary silhouettes, collaborating with regional artisans and heritage techniques to keep textile knowledge alive. Those techniques come to life through the Chintz jacket – cut from silk developed in Madhya Pradesh and finished with hand embroidery by Zardozi artisans in Delhi, it draws inspiration from 17th-century Palampore textiles.
