The year’s Verzy Pinot Noir lends the blend a subtle flavour of tangy red fruits and citrus zest, but as it opens up, mineral characters are revealed, accompanied by flinty overtones. Crisp and round, each glass is slightly tannic in structure with a real savoury sweetness.
