Marcato’s journey began when Otello Marcato created the first hand-cranked pasta machine in a small workshop behind his home in 1930. Almost a century later, the Atlas+ pasta machine continues the legacy; an icon of Italian design since the ‘60s, it iterates on its predecessor with the ability to create four pasta types.
