The Nike Free Metcon 5 Sail Sanddrift (Women’s) is a sneaker designed for top performance with a flexible forefoot and a heel that supports agility.

This version of the Nike Free Metcon 5 is constructed with a white mesh upper. The upper also features solid white overlays around the toebox and under the laces in the forefoot area. An off-white overlay runs down from the top laces and around the heel. A small pink Nike Swoosh can be found on this overlay under the lace. The molded heel cup is thick and supportive, and features vertical Metcon and Nike Swoosh branding on either side. The sole under the forefoot is separated in columns for extra flexibility.
