SAICHO Minama Sakaya Sparkling Tea

Harvested from the Miyazaki Sabou tea garden in the Kyushu mountains, this new addition to Saicho’s Rare Tea collection is the work of tea master Akira Miyazaka, who – over four years of experimentation – has perfected a light oxidation technique to naturally draw out the floral character of Minama Sakaya oolong. The resulting sparkling tea balances delicate gardenia notes with bright Nashi pear and marzipan flavours for a refreshing spring beverage.
