Hand distilled, bottled and labelled by Cooper King Distillery, it’s made entirely using renewable energy – which means that each bottle removes a kilo more of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere than it emits. Flavour wise, it’s a fresh, vibrant mix of rich cardamom and juniper, interlaced with juicy citrus and floral honey notes from the distillery’s own hives.
