Rotate the brush to work on the other eye, once again placing the longest fibers in the outer corner. You can also use the first (thinner) half of the brush to smooth the lashes of the lower lid.Apply the Black Rose Cream Mask 2 or 3 times a week in a thick layer on the face and neck, carefully avoiding the area around the eye.
