Viña vik’s 2021 vintage is defined by a more intense palette than traditional Cabernet Francs and Sauvignons, thanks to its extended ageing in handmade oak barrels. Over 26 months, its dark garnet hue deepens in harmony with notes of blackberry, raspberry, ash, boldo, bay leaf and undergrowth – all complemented by undertones of cedarwood. The result? A precise, slightly compact and unmistakably flavourful mid- and aftertaste.
