Voire's vineyards are located on a hilltop in the Rueda region of Spain, which boasts mineral abundant soil framed by pine trees and aromatic herbs. The Viore Verdejo Sobre Lías is a deep and complex white, expressing fragrant notes of citrus, candied orange peel, flowers and minerals with a background of balsamic flavours, that together, showcase the Los Tordos vines which benefit from an altitude above sea level of 770 – sample this in a creamy fruit palate with a lively finish with light dishes shared among friends.
