Waterford Crystal Lismore Bauble

First created by Waterford’s chief of design in 1952, the Lismore pattern – seen engraved on the crystal curves of this bauble – is inspired by Waterford County’s own Lismore Castle. The Gothic architecture of this Middle Ages fortress is a crystal cutter’s dream, with symmetrical pointed arches and elegant curves lending themselves perfectly to being reabsorbed into Waterford’s own legacy.
