Crafted exclusively from estate-grown Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinor Meunier grapes in West Sussex, Weyborne Estate harnesses a traditional method to create this well-balanced sparkling wine. On the first sip, hazelnuts and a hint of brioche are followed by notes of orange and peaches. An essence of citrus and floral meets toasted croissants in the middle, with a lemony finish that lingers on the palate.
