Eye makeup in the Y2K style! Colorful eyeliner and under-eye blush are making makeup history!

Rediscover the charm of the style of the year

In recent years, the focus of fashion has been on the "Y2K style," which appears to transport us back to the century and the glitter of the style, whether in clothing, hair, or even makeup. The revival of Y2K makeup trends emphasizes dazzling and even overdone colors in comparison to the recent European and American style, which focuses on earthy colors that are close to the skin tone. The recent popularity of the make-up industry's "under-eye blusher," which gives the look of juicy glowing skin, ushered in a new era of make-up.

The Y2K trend has given way to vibrant-colored eyeliners, which have long been a beauty queen staple. By adding black eyeliner at the outer corner of the eye, and a colorful line at the brow, you can achieve a more youthful look. While many ladies line their eyes with low-key hues like burgundy and sapphire blue, the Y2K style focuses on bright colors like pink, bright yellow, baby blue, and pure white, bringing some playfulness to the overall look.

Colored Eyelashes

The Autumn/Winter 2023 Prada fashion show showcased the glamour of colored lashes. Long, multicolored feathered lashes are combined with a plain base to give a surprising eye-enlarging look, as opposed to the monotonous black or dark brown of the past. The use of neon purple, sky blue, and pastel pink lashes produces a sharp contrast and gives the eyes a deeper, more lively look, so if you want to exaggerate your make-up, you should give it a try!

Under-Eye blush

The under-eye blush is like a natural blush of pink from under the eyes after workouts. Choose a warm red or coral orange tone, starting at the root of the eyelashes at the bottom of the eye, the closer to the root the darker the color, and flushing outward for softness. We recommend choosing a similar tone for the lip gloss and eyeshadow to create a radiant, youthful look for sallow skin.
