Nestled in the southern end of the Saint Julien appellation of Bordeaux, the Château Branaire Ducru estate was founded in 1680 by Jean Baptiste Braneyre. So its wines aren’t just the work of one person; they owe their finesse to multiple families over multiple generations (some of its vines are up to 90 years old). This 2016 bottling has been aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months, creating a ruby ripe tipple with a voluptuous black fruit body, generous tannins, and a long, precise finish.Château Branaire Ducru red wineProduct of FranceRegion: BordeauxGrape variety: cabernet sauvignon, merlot, petit verdot, cabernet francABV 14.5%750mlYou must be over 18 to purchase this productThis product contains sulphitesPlease note that the image shown may not be representative of the stated vintage
