Harrods Raspberry Matcha

To create our raspberry matcha, we’ve sourced organic ceremonial matcha powder from the Sugimoto and Maruyama plantations of Shizuoka, Japan and added a pinch of natural raspberry flavouring. When whisked into a tea, its delicate earthiness is balanced by tart, juicy notes. Let the fruity flavours come to the fore by preparing it as an iced matcha latte. To prepare your matcha, add half a teaspoon of powder to a bowl or large mug with 50ml heated water and whisk it into a paste. Top up with 200ml heated water or warmed milk, sweeten to taste and serve immediately. For an iced matcha, use cold water or milk and add ice.
