Since 2008, the family domaine of Château Moulin De Lagnet has been run by Olivier Chatenet and his partner Audrey Carraretto, whose vision builds on that of previous generations – simply pushing it further by farming entirely organically and biodynamically, and introducing new techniques such as massal selection and phytotheraphy to enhance the terroir.
