Founded in 2012, it is named for its designer, Gauri Kohli, who directs every form, material and finish.What It Is:Cotton and wool, hooked loop by loop into a pile that covers the entire face, make this pillow closer to a small rug than a printed cushion. The ground is lilac; on it, an ivory shape holds a rust vase and a bouquet, each color a solid block of pile with a clean edge against the next. Nothing on the face is flat.The pile is deep enough to keep the mark of a hand, and to lose it again in a moment. Against a leather or linen sofa the lilac is the strongest color in the room and the bouquet comes second.
