The Macallan M Collection celebrates the distillery’s Six Pillars – one of which is its use of Curiously Small Stills. By refusing to turn to the larger stills utilised by other estates, The Macallan not only maintains a distinct identity in its distillation process but also creates an exceptionally rich spirit, like M Copper. Presented in a handcrafted Lalique decanter, M Copper is elegant on the palate; expect a viscous mouthfeel and notes of pear drops, caramelised banana and sherbet that lead into malt and spiced oak.
